Uncontrolled hyperphosphatemia
Participation in a clinical trial with an investigational drug within one month prior start of study. Prior participation in this trial
Suspicion of drug abuse
Severe pulmonary, cardiac or hepatic disease/insufficiency
Any kind of malignancy
