Disease progression following non-steroidal aromatase inhibitor treatment

Known symptomatic brain metastasis
Medical condition requiring chronic steroids
History of Type 1 or 2 Diabetes
Uncontrolled or significant cardiovascular (CV) disease
Concomitant second malignancies
