Diagnosis of rhinosinusitis (CT radiographic evidence and medical evaluation)
Willing to comply with protocol requirements
Able to provide consent

Hemophilia
Cystic fibrosis
Ciliary dysfunction
Severe septal deviation causing obstruction of the ostiomeatal unit
Pregnant females
