Inclusion Criteria

•Anxiety disorder (other than OCD or PTSD)
•Eligibility to participate in group therapy

Exclusion Criteria

•OCD
•PTSD
•Suicidal thoughts
•Psychotic state
•Severe hostile personality disorder
