• Inclusion/Rollover Criteria:
• Patients who have completed studies WEL-301, WEL-302, or WEL-303 with treatment compliance at least 80%
• Patients who have completed studies WEL-301, WEL-302, or WEL-303 who have not met withdrawal criteria
