NCT07445984
The study will be conducted retrospectively and prospectively, using bone marrow (BM) or peripheral blood (PB) samples or biopsies of lymph nodes or tissues with metastatic involvement taken from previously stored samples here at the University Hospital of Parma or taken from patients that need to underwent diagnostic evaluation for a suspect or a defined diagnosis of hematological malignancies collected at the University Hospital of Parma.
NCT06297161
The purpose of this study is to look at how safe and effective is bosulif in routine clinical practice. This study is seeking for participants who are: * Adult Patients who are just confirmed to have Chronic Myeloid Leukemia (CML) defined in Local Product Document (LPD). CML is a type of cancer that starts in the blood-forming cells of the bone marrow and invades the blood. LPD explains what a medicine's benefits and problems are. LPD also explains how to use the medicine correctly in Korea. * willing to take part in the study after being informed about the study. All participants in this study will receive bosulif. All participants who have entered this study should meet the usual prescribing criteria for bosulif as per the LPD. The participants will be treated with bosulif under routine clinical practice in Korea. The study will look at the experiences of people receiving the study medicine. This will help to see if the study medicine is safe and effective. In this study all treatment and checking of the patients will be done as per the study doctor. The study can be performed in Korean health care centers where bosulif is prescribed to treat CML after the patients have agreed to take part in the study.
NCT02842333
The investigators recently identified promiscuous HLA-DR-derived epitopes from the human telomerase reverse transcriptase (TERT) called universal cancer peptides (UCP), to study tumor-specific CD4+ T cell responses. The aim of this prospective preliminary study is to evaluate the presence of UCP-specific Th1 responses in patients in complete remission of CML two years after end of Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor (TKi) treatments.
NCT01598025
Approximately 30% of patients who are candidates for bone marrow transplants do not have an HLA-matched, or close to matched, donor available. For this reason, doctors have been testing ways to make transplants from HLA-partially matched donors as safe and effective as transplants from HLA-matched donors. This study is being done to test the safety and the treatment results of a specific kind of transplant. In this transplant, blood from two donors will be used. Each donor will share one half of your HLA type. Blood from both donors will be transplanted at the same time.
NCT02451592
The purpose of this study is to determine the risk factors for fungemia in a population of patients diagnosed with hematologic malignancies and eligible for chemotherapy.
NCT01624701
This is a pilot clinical trial to assess the feasibility and efficacy of expanding umbilical cord blood derived blood stem cells for transplantation using a combination of chemical factors and stromal co-culture. Bone marrow (BM) mesenchymal stromal cells (MSC) will be obtained from a separate bone marrow donor. One cord blood unit will be expanded by this method while another cord blood unit will be infused without manipulation. The expanded cord blood unit will help boost the initial recovery of blood counts after transplantation, though it is expected that the unexpanded cord blood unit will provide the cells which will lead to long term engraftment of blood stem cells. A third cord blood unit will be identified for standby should the cord blood unit expansion fail.
NCT01362985
Genzyme will evaluate/monitor the off label transplant use of plerixafor using data in the European Group for Blood and Marrow Transplantation (EBMT) registry. Off-label use of plerixafor will be collected for data entered over a 5 year time span (i.e., data entered into the registry between the date of European Union (EU) marketing authorization \[31 July 2009\] and 31 July 2014). The EBMT is a non-profit, scientific society representing more than 600 transplant centers mainly in Europe. The EBMT promotes all activity aiming to improve stem cell transplantation or cellular therapy, which includes registering all the activity relating to stem cell transplants. Data are entered, managed, and maintained in a central database with internet access; each EBMT center is represented in this database. The collection by the EBMT registry of reasons for the off-label transplant use of plerixafor shall provide information of a substantial number of patients who are representative of the patient population receiving plerixafor off-label.
NCT01472055
The purpose of this study is to analysis of the pharmacokinetics of fludarabine for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in pediatric patients.
