NCT03678025
This phase III trial studies how well standard systemic therapy with or without definitive treatment (prostate removal surgery or radiation therapy) works in treating participants with prostate cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Addition of prostate removal surgery or radiation therapy to standard systemic therapy for prostate cancer may lower the chance of the cancer growing or spreading.
NCT04491877
The primary objectives of the study were: * To assess the safety profile of each dose of the study product after each and any administration in all infants and toddlers regardless of baseline serostatus. * To characterize the Respiratory Syncytial Virus (RSV) A serum neutralizing antibody responses to the study product in each vaccine group after vaccination in RSV-naïve participants. The secondary objectives of the study were: * To quantify the amount of vaccine virus shed by each participant by baseline serostatus. * To determine the proportion of vaccinated infants and toddlers in each vaccine group infected with the vaccine virus at D56 (56 days after vaccination 1) for Cohorts 1, 2, 3 and 4, and at Day 84 (28 days after vaccination 2) for Cohorts 2 and 4 by baseline serostatus. * To characterize the RSV A serum neutralizing antibody responses to the study product in each vaccine group after vaccination in RSV-experienced participants. * To characterize serum RSV anti-F immunoglobulin G (IgG) antibody responses to the study product in each vaccine group after vaccination by baseline serostatus. * To characterize serum RSV antibody responses (RSV A-neutralizing and anti-RSV F IgG) to the study product in each vaccine group after the RSV surveillance season or at least 5 months after the last vaccine administration by baseline serostatus.

NCT04007029
This phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of CD19/CD20 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cells when given together with chemotherapy, and to see how effective they are in treating patients with non-Hodgkin's B-cell lymphoma or chronic lymphocytic leukemia that has come back (recurrent) or has not responded to treatment (refractory). In CAR-T cell therapy, a patient's white blood cells (T cells) are changed in the laboratory to produce an engineered receptor that allows the T cell to recognize and respond to CD19 and CD20 proteins. CD19 and CD20 are commonly found on non-Hodgkin?s B-cell lymphoma and chronic lymphocytic leukemia cells. Chemotherapy drugs such as fludarabine phosphate and cyclophosphamide can control cancer cells by killing them, by preventing their growth, or by stopping them from spreading. Combining CD19/CD20 CAR-T cells and chemotherapy may help treat patients with recurrent or refractory B-cell lymphoma or chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
NCT05918913

NCT03499808
This phase II trial studies how well isatuximab works in treating patients with primary amyloidosis that has come back or does not respond to treatment. Monoclonal antibodies, such as isatuximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread.
NCT05207865
The purpose of this study is to further evaluate the long-term safety and tolerability of daily dosing of rimegepant for the prevention of episodic migraine.
NCT07003100
This study is being done to assess mogamulizumab-associated rash in patients diagnosed with mycosis fungoides or sezary syndrome and treated with standard of care mogamulizumab. One of the most common side effects of mogamulizumab is a rash, currently named mogamulizumab-associated rash (MAR) which can look like MF or SS. However, mogamulizumab-associated rash (MAR) does not indicate failure of mogamulizumab, and may be a sign that the drug is working. If not properly evaluated, mogamulizumab-associated rash (MAR) could be misinterpreted as worsening of mycosis fungoides/sezary syndrome, which could lead doctors to recommend stopping mogamulizumab treatment early. The information learned by doing this research study may help tell the difference between mogamulizumab-associated rash (MAR) (sometimes also called "drug eruption") and worsening of the disease. It may also help to uncover information about the cause of mogamulizumab-associated rash (MAR).
NCT04665765
This phase II trial studies the effect of polatuzumab vedotin, rituximab, ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide as initial salvage therapy in treating patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). Polatuzumab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, polatuzumab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Polatuzumab attaches to CD79b positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving chemotherapy with immunotherapy may kill more cancer cells in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma.
NCT05721235

Approximately 20 sites will participate.
NCT00978458
RATIONALE: Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to kill tumor cells. Specialized radiation therapy that delivers a high dose of radiation directly to the tumor may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as temozolomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. It is not yet known whether radiation therapy is more effective when given together with or without temozolomide in treating patients with low-grade glioma. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying radiation therapy so see how well it works when given together with or without temozolomide in treating patients with low-grade glioma.
NCT05741723
The objective of this post-approval study is to evaluate long-term outcomes of patients enrolled in the OCS DCD Heart and OCS DCD Heart CAP studies.
NCT06996301
Complicated urinary tract infections (cUTIs) often lead to the overuse of empiric antibiotics, risking inappropriate treatment and contributing to antimicrobial resistance. This randomized, multi-center, investigator-blinded clinical trial is the first global head-to-head comparison of molecular diagnostic testing (Polymerase Chain Reaction : PCR) versus conventional culture and sensitivity (C\&S) for managing cUTIs in adults. Conducted across six U.S. clinical sites, the study aimed to evaluate the clinical utility of PCR-guided treatment relative to C\&S-guided care. Eligible adult patients were randomized 1:1 into two diagnostic arms-PCR or C\&S-after providing informed consent. Urine samples were collected before randomization, tested by both methods, but clinicians remained blinded to the comparator results to avoid bias. Treatment decisions were based only on the assigned test results. Urine was collected at baseline (Day 1) and at end-of-study (Day 28). Samples were processed centrally: the PCR method (DocLab UTM 2.0) detected 28 uropathogens and 16 antibiotic resistance gene classes; C\&S testing quantified bacterial loads and assessed antimicrobial susceptibility using standard thresholds (≥10⁵ CFU/mL). The primary endpoint was the number of patients in each arm achieving a Favorable Clinical Outcome (FCl) at Day 28, defined as either: * Clinical Cure (complete symptom resolution requiring no further antibiotics), or * Clinical Improvement (partial symptom resolution without new symptoms or IV antibiotics). Secondary endpoints included: * Microbiological eradication at EOS (via C\&S and PCR). * Clinician satisfaction with diagnostic usefulness and result clarity. * Turnaround time comparison between PCR and C\&S. * Concordance analysis of test results between PCR and C\&S. * FCl rates in discordant cases, where PCR and C\&S results disagreed.
NCT04130802
